Big Brothers Big Sisters Volunteer Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Houston

As a volunteer mentor, or "Big," you'll be a friend to a child.

Moran Norris, San Francisco 49er with Little Brother.

It's simple, fun, and one of the most rewarding things you can do to support your community. Big Brothers and Big Sisters come from all walks of life. They're doctors, lawyers, construction workers, teachers, executives, salespeople, famous, and not so famous. Our Bigs are as diverse as Houston is - that's something we're proud of.

There's a child out there who'd like your friendship and guidance.

Big Sister and Little Sister

Big Brothers Big Sisters takes the time to carefully match you with a child, according to your preferences, hobbies and interests. After you're matched, we also support your relationship by assigning you a specialist who will be there to check on your match and answer questions.
